Third Party Email Waiver

Macomb Bar mailing lists of members addresses are available to third parties that have information relevant or of interest to the legal community such as legal news, information about law-related events, educational opportunities, court related information, elections and information about commercial products related to the needs of the legal community. Mailing lists are provided for limited, one-time use. Third parties may not input the information into a database or disseminate the information to other entities.

Macomb Bar email addresses of members are not available to third parties. The Macomb Bar will distribute third party messages to its members if it is deemed to be relevant to the legal community.

The Macomb Bar reserves the right to review the content of any third-party message to be sent using a mailing list and email delivery service. To ensure that the proposed message is appropriate and consistent with the Macomb Bar’s mission.
