It is hereby agreed that the Macomb County Bar Association provide labels of current membership in consideration for $175.00, (One Hundred Seventy Five Dollars) to the undersigned Macomb County Bar Association member. It is the explicit understanding and agreement of the purchaser that the list shall be used one time only, for the undersigned member’s personal use and shall not be assigned, sold, formatted, recorded in any manner or furnished to any other person for any other purposes.
