Mr. James Spagnuolo Jr.

Personal injury attorney James L. Spagnuolo, Jr., has spent his entire legal career working for people injured as a result of the negligence of others. Jim began working in personal injury law over 20 years ago, starting as a law clerk during his first year of law school at Wayne State University School of Law in Detroit, Michigan. After passing the Michigan State Bar in 2002, he went on to become partner at a series of law firms before opening the Macomb Law Group in 2017.

James has a passion for helping people taken advantage of by an insurance company or that have been injured as a result of someone’s negligence. Jim has vast experience handling truck and car accident cases – both First Party No-Fault claims against insurance companies for refusing to pay what they owe, and Third Party truck and car accident lawsuits against at-fault drivers and the owner of the semi truck and/or car involved. He also has extensive experience handling cases against Adult Foster Care/Group Homes, product defects cases, wrongful death actions, and other forms of personal injury claims.

Jim Spagnuolo is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, receiving an Honorable Discharge, and a life-time member of the Disabled American Veterans. He also serves on multiple boards – Vice President of the Chippewa Valley Education Foundation, a non-profit that raises money to help further education in the Chippewa Valley School District in Macomb County, Michigan; Board member of the Macomb County Bar Association. He lives in Clinton Township with his wife, children and their two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
